ABOUT the project
The landscape architecture design provides a lush amenity for these residential towers and community. A private rooftop garden and pavilion sits between the two towers on the seven-story podium offering a series of outdoor spaces with water features, fire feature, and connected indoor/outdoor space. Rainwater is captured and recycled for irrigation throughout the site. The pavilion has an expansive green roof visible from the twin residential towers. At the streetscape, an area that previously had little street life or pedestrian use was transformed with vibrant retail spaces connecting South Lake Union with Downtown Seattle and the adjacent Amazon Campus blocks.
